Your hosts, Bill and Sara Collins, have over thirty years in the restaurant business. Their commitment to fine dining began in CNY but soon progressed to Manhattan, where Sara managed Nobu and Bill worked at Montrachet, Tribeca Grill and the Reebok Sports Club. They returned to their native CNY to open Kabuki in Skaneateles, revitalize MacKenzie-Childs in Aurora and help design the Aurora Inn. They now share their experiences with you in Armory Square. bc is located in a loft space with 20 ft. ceilings covered in antique tin. The d?cor is a soothing mix of soft light from chandeliers and huge front windows, delicate colors and fabrics, a white marble bar and white linen tabletops. There are two distinct dining rooms, each offering a different ambiance. The back dining room can be reserved for private parties with new louvered glass doors to give you complete privacy. Our menu is "New American", featuring the freshest ingredients and flavors from around the world. The menu changes with the seasons and currently offers 11 appetizers and salads, 6 seafood entrees, 6 meat entrees and vegetarian options. Our breads and desserts are all made in house. We currently offer 12 wines by the glass and have an eclectic bottle list with over 110 selections, all from the U.S. Our bar has a complete selection of top shelf libations. bc Restaurant.a little Manhattan in Armory Square.
