Bousquet Holstein PLLC (formerly Green & Seifter, Attorneys, PLLC) is a versatile law firm of thirty one attorneys representing clients across many industries. The firm provides legal advice and counsel on a broad range of matters covering twenty-five practice areas. Our attorneys develop long-term relationships with each of our clients as counselors, strategists, and advocates.
Our client relationships grow from the trust that develops when a law firm understands the client's business and objectives, anticipates the client's needs, and provides prompt, high-quality, and consistently valuable service. An in-depth understanding of the economics of business transactions is one of the firm's defining characteristics. We enthusiastically address the challenges presented by new projects and have embraced new areas of the law as we anticipate our clients' needs for us to master emerging legal trends.
We are organized in practice groups - flexible teams of attorneys and other professionals who bring different facets of expertise to each legal discipline. Our interdisciplinary problem-solving allows us to mold creative and complete solutions for our clients. Each attorney brings extraordinary talent and passion to bear on his or her work and the connections made with our clients.
Our practice groups are tied together by the common thread of taxation. Federal and state tax issues affect transactions involving bankrupt or insolvent entities, acquisitions, dispositions, economic development incentives (including federal and state tax credits), employee benefits, trust formation and administration, estate planning, and real estate transactions. We help our clients understand and plan for tax consequences through a full range of practice areas and transactions.
In addition to a strong commitment to our practice, our professionals believe that it is their responsibility to contribute to our community and make it a better place for all to live. Our commitments to our community are an integral part of who we are.
